This work is titled after 'Operation Cyclone,’ which was the code name for the United States Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) covert program to arm and finance the Jihadi warriors, Mujahideen, in Afghanistan from 1979 to 1989, prior to and during the military intervention by Russia.
In relation to the human form the scale of the work is overpowering. The experience of the installation is outside of direct eyesight, above the head of viewers.
